Delete Your Poochr Account

You can delete your Poochr account and associated personal data from inside the app. This page explains how, for App Store and Google Play requirements and for anyone who cannot open the app.

Delete in the app (recommended)

• •Open Poochr and sign in.
• •Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
• •Confirm deletion. If you have an active App Store or Google Play subscription, cancel it in Manage subscription (or Apple/Google subscription settings) so billing does not continue after your account is gone.

What we delete

Deleting your account permanently removes your account record, dog profile, posts, photos and videos under your storage, matches and messages, Tail Wags, group memberships (groups you own transfer to another member when possible, or are deleted), notifications about you, and related app data from our primary systems, subject to short technical delays and backups.

Subscriptions

Account deletion does not cancel Apple or Google subscriptions. Manage or cancel billing in your store account settings or via Manage subscription in the app before or after deletion.

If you cannot use the app

Email support@poochr.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Poochr account.” We will verify ownership and process deletion.
