Poochr Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: October 15, 2026

These standards apply to the Poochr app and website (poochr.com) and to everyone who uses them. Poochr has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). They are part of our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Adults Only

Poochr is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts we believe belong to a minor are removed.

What Is Prohibited

On Poochr, in profiles, posts, comments, messages, groups, or any other feature, you may not:

  • Create, upload, share, request, or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, animated, edited, or AI-generated imagery.
  • Sexualize minors in any way, including sexual comments about children or suggestive images of children.
  • Groom a minor: build trust with a child, or with their parent or caregiver, in order to sexually abuse or exploit the child.
  • Contact, solicit, or arrange to meet a minor for sexual purposes, or use Poochr playdates as a way to gain access to a child.
  • Sextort a minor, or threaten to share intimate images of a minor.
  • Take part in or promote the trafficking of children, or any other form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Share content that promotes, normalizes, or helps others find child sexual abuse or exploitation.

How We Enforce These Standards

  • We review reports of child safety concerns as a priority.
  • We remove violating content as soon as we find it or are told about it.
  • We permanently ban the accounts involved and block them from creating new ones.
  • We preserve the relevant information and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and to law enforcement where appropriate.
  • We cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests related to child safety.

How to Report

  • In the app: use Report on any profile, post, comment, message, or group, and use Block to stop all contact with that member.
  • By email: write to our child safety contact below with “Child Safety” in the subject. Describe what you saw and include the member or post if you can. Do not send copies of abusive images.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first (911 in the United States).
  • You can also report child sexual exploitation directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678, or to your local authorities.

Child Safety Contact

Our Trust & Safety team is the designated point of contact for child safety and CSAE matters, including reports from members, the public, and law enforcement:

We may update these documents from time to time. Continued use of Poochr after changes means you accept the updated version. The latest version is always available in the app and at our website.
